The Seymour Building has an old fashioned downtown store appeal. Extreme realism is displayed with this building. Architectural design of the times is in true detail with this kit. Wall sections are molded in a cream colored plastic and etched in fine detail of brick and cement. Two story building full of windows. The first floor front windows are one large opened window. All the other windows have a life- like look to that of a window which opens sliding upward. The main door is on the corner of the building. Transparent plastic sheets are provided to add glass effect to the windows. White styrene sheet is used for the roof.
